When will I receive my order?

 
Most orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of your confirmed purchase. Our processing time is usually 24 hours, but this may vary based on roasting and shipping schedule. Customers within the U.S. can choose from a range of shipping speed options with USPS. Once shipped, orders are normally received within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

 
Due to coffee beans perishable nature, we are unable to accept returns on any order. However, we strive to satisfy each customers purchase. If you have any errors with your order or if you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at IvoryRoastCoffee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order edlekarna.cz. We will be happy to help you find something that you’ll love.
 
 

What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

 
Please send an email with your order number, name on the account, the reason for the return, along with a photo of the damages. This will allow us to pass the information along to our shipping department in case there is a trend in breakage. We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed within 48 hours. Unfortunately (we cannot refund the price of shipping).
